The Sau Inn is situated in Jambiani, direct on the beach of the Southern East Coast. It is a locally owned and managed hotel providing mid-range accommodation. There are other hotels in close proximity which give alternative places to eat, as well as the possibility of taking meals with local people in their homes.The hotel has a swimming pool, surrounded by beautiful gardens. There are 35 self-contained, bungalow-type rooms, each one having their own hot water heater and air-conditioning. Four new two-storied guest accommodations with 8 rooms have been built.

Two fibreglass boats are available for deep sea fishing and diving. The on-site dive shop offers open water dives with modern scuba equipment.
